Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Cookie Clicker Wiki, please notify us by submitting a "DMCA Takedown Notice." To be effective, the notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that content is not infringing or was removed by mistake or misidentification. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the Cookie Clicker Wiki may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person. Your email address should also be included.
